Moonee Valley Racecourse stormwater drainage
A $2.5M lump sum stormwater drainage installation for Symal, at depths beyond six metres in a live racecourse environment.
PACC is installing a major stormwater drainage upgrade at Moonee Valley Racecourse for Symal, delivered as a $2.5 million lump sum installation package.
The network runs from 225mm uPVC through HDPE to 1650mm RCP, with more than 120 precast pits installed, a VorCeptor water quality treatment unit and two headwall structures. Excavation runs beyond six metres deep in places, all inside an operating venue.
It is representative of the largest drainage scopes PACC takes on: lump sum, technically demanding, and delivered in a live environment by our own crews on GPS guided plant.
