PACC was engaged by AVO Piling to provide plant and labour for the diaphragm wall (DWALL) team on the SPARK Manningham section of the North East Link. The engagement has run for more than 24 months across multiple night shifts and program occupations.
The North East Link is one of Australia's largest road infrastructure projects. Eight separate parties have engaged PACC on this single program, and AVO is the longest continuous client.
